Damaged on delivery, limited response to emails
Item packing was badly damaged both outside and inside. Was a toy for my daughter so not ideal. Agreed to a 25% refund. Still waiting for it though and that was over a week ago. Emails take ages to get a response to. Wouldn’t buy from them again.
Returned item no refund after 3+ weeks
Returned item 3+ weeks ago on 6 June - no refund.
I am chasing this up with the company but they’ve no phone number. Emailed proof of
Return.
If I’m not refunded I’ll have to contact my bank

Item purchased had grass and dirt on. With tape on everything. It was clear it wasn't brand new or it had been stored really badly.

It is a perfect size for my 3 year old, it was was not easy to assembled but I did it at the end. I'm giving five stars because it look beautiful when put together and my child loves her little kitchen.
